Another Guy Caught & Arrested

What I do is actually grab some stuff if my subject is in the aisle, then just put the shit back when I get my caps. Or at the check out you give the check out people shit you don’t want

Did this happen to you?

Hands free is the way to go. Ugly women will take photos of their asses and ask how it looks but if you do the same or even happen to glance at it they will freak out. Insecurity and immaturity at its finest. No idea you are even recording. They are just paranoid.

Postbthe video. Id never let a woman or a man grab my phone. Im highly trained in fighring and im not unattractive so no human would pull that junk on me.

Its mainly approach angle and position of the device. Use the front camera with the camera cut-out function and a black screen app.

Now I’ve been out of the capping game for a lil while since I had a feeling of I frequent some places and got caught doing this idk what I’d do, but if someone tried to take my phone, I also would stand up for myself as I too am not unattractive either especially being a light skin so I’m good there thankfully. But this is exactly why I stopped around late last year…

I don’t like taking those types of chances as sometimes you will either run into some like that but also, if you’re not careful enough, you can get caught up in some REAL serious stuff. Be careful out there brotha. These streets are NOT safe these days…

If you don’t wanna get caught just be jacked and dress nice. Lol
That’s the cheat code of capping.

Facts

This old mfer was really taking candids using SnapChat? What a fuckin retard.
These days you have to be smarter than this…

Also for people using a phone and I know most of us do…have a privacy guard on your screen and turn your brightness down to nothing.
Basically your screen looks completely black unless viewed directly dead on center.
This allows for a lot of deniability.

Is this not unlawful arrest and theft?

Was he actually arrested? Is there more to this story? It looked like they just detained him because I thought I heard a cop at the end say “Just delete it” which if he was under arrest for an actual crime they wouldn’t do because that’d be evidence. It looks like a bad experience for him regardless.

Even if he was arrested and charged he definitely could’ve beat the charge if he had kept his mouth shut and got even a halfway decent lawyer. No felony laws for this here in the US but a misdemeanor stalking or harassment, maybe.

This shit is frowned upon in society but of little real interest to the courts who deal with drug dealers, rapists, and murders daily and have shit tons of cases to process. So a situation like this is similar to getting a traffic ticket, annoying AF but beatable with a good defense. An ACD (where they dismiss the charge if you stay out of trouble for a while) or even a full dismissal might have occurred. That’s my $0.02.

He was likely detained (my novel above explains) but yeah the cops are like teachers breaking up a fight when both parties are at fault - him being pervy and her snatching property. The cops hate this shit and would probably have him wipe the phone and be banned from the store, she goes home, end of story.

The real problems happen when you either violate someone’s privacy by taking those not-so-public pix and/or becoming physical in a confrontation. Always best to keep cool, deny, deny, deny and say nothing to the cops EVER. Know your rights, people!

100% agree BUT I still do believe that is unlawful arrest as he did not violate any laws and she stole and had possession of his phone, even as he asked for it back

The phone in hand method is quickly dying. No matter how you slice it, men with their phones out looks suspicious.

Other techniques need to be used such as pen cameras or sunglasses with a camera. The quality might suffer but it’s better than being caught
