You just wear shorts with no pockets. Grab a basket and have your wallet, keys and phone in your other hand. Press record and shop till you drop your pants later to the footage.

Is there a way to record with the screen off?

Some just turn the brightness all the way down, others use a black screen app and you can also use a wallet case that covers the screen.
