What’s the best app for blacking out your screen on iPhone? I’ve been looking and can’t find what I’m looking for

You don’t need an app. You can just go to settings and search “white point” and you will find something that says reduce white point. Mess around with it.

What? Iike screen won’t come on? Or forgot passcode screen comes on? If done exactly you shouldn’t have any issues. Try disabling through voice over and just do the opposite of what you did.
