I believe they like the idea of attention because it makes them feel good in concept as it proves that they arent ugly. But actually seeing the people give them such attention is different cuz to them they are getting stares from “ugly” dudes. It all comes down to ugly guy=creep and handsome guy=flirty. Also women have much higher standards of strangers than men do, so unless they know ur personality, anything below a 7-8/10 is ugly to them.

It’s one thing to snap some photos of some hot chick out in public without her knowing, but it’s a whole other thing when you’re stalking a girl with your camera out, getting off on making her feel uncomfortable. This girl is not showing anything off. She’s dressed all casual. There’s nothing sexual about her. Caps like this are a waste of internet space and just create more junk to sort through when looking for real women who like to show themselves off.
