Flagged posts (if wrong place, let me know mods)

English is not my main language.
So trying my best guys, I don’t know if this would be the place to talk about it. But two of my posts were flagged, I have the full video of her and the girls behind her dancing, but I decided to post the best parts, and unfortunately in one of the two I had to censor it because my face appeared, not only mine but also that of a few others who were lying on the floor there and could identify if it leaked. I really know the woman in the video if you want proof (the other videos that I separated from the entire video, I can gladly send them to the mods, since there’s nothing much if necessary, I just won’t send anything related to my face or personal identity for security, I know they wouldn’t ask for that) I know that the forum is to show everyday girls and not friends, girlfriends, wives, but I captured these from friends and colleagues, because that’s what I wanted to capture at the moment, and as I have saved on the computer I thought it would be cool to send here. I hope the mods are able to verify the veracity of my posts. and I also understand the point of view of not liking capturing people from your personal circle in videos and photos, but there is room for everyone here. I also understand that the capture may look like a social media post as one of the mods said, but I wouldn’t do that, I just got lucky and took advantage of the opening like many do here. If I’m breaking any rules, just let me know. I’m a very calm guy, we resolve it through conversation.
Also have the photo of her at my pool, but the rules say public places so i just thought that would not fit here, if needed i can send too.
I’m sorry for any inconvenience

I mean, you pretty much hit the nail on the head…

You can directly PM me and I’ll point you in the direction of where you need to go, but I’m sure you can see why the post is removed, even by your own admission.

Regardless of whether or not somebody says it is what it is, the mods not only have to consider the veracity of the statement, but also the optics of it to its community (it’s not always about what it is, but more so what it LOOKS like…), and both are weighed in our decision… sometimes one holds more weight than the other.

It’s nothing personal. It never is. If it looks staged, posed, or if it violates our community guidelines - whether directly or indirectly - our community and our staff are entrusted that we’ll make the decision that’s best overall and not for the individual - that’s the reality of it.

It’s why we ask our community to carefully read, and adhere, to our guidelines to the letter. More so than any other community - we can’t take liberties. If one user gets a pass, everyone will want one. It’s why - regardless of whether you’re new or a longtime member - you will be treated the same. Consistency across the board.

I’ll be honest, if a post is flagged and a mod makes a decision on it, it’s extremely rare we will revisit it on the insistence of a user. If anything, in most cases, it invertedly draws more scrutiny to said user if they have a track record of violating our community guidelines. This site is a big site. We don’t have time to hand-hold and walk anyone through our rules, which is why myself and others have made it easy enough to follow, and have even less patience for those that violate our rules and claim ignorance as an excuse.

That being said, we’re also reasonable. If you feel a post/topic was removed incorrectly, which asserts it doesn’t violate the community guidelines, nor the SPIRIT of the community guidelines, then we’re more than welcome to have a conversation about it. However, ensure what you’re after is proper protocol and not for a mod to look the other way just because you’re new, or because you “know” somebody (in other words, asking us to make concessions based on a particular circumstance - we won’t do it).

Regards,

In no way would I ask for partiality or a light hand in judgment, thank you for the response and clarification. As I said, English is not my mother language so I was seeing flagged as “notified” which was the translation I found. Thanks again for the explanation and the good work
