How to put watermarks into a video?

Hey fellow shooters, I would like to publish my videos as well but I learned that it is better to put a watermark in them. So can anyone recommend a editor tool (free programme or browser based) which can be used to integrate a picture into videos? Thanks in advance.

You can easily do this with a video editor on your phone. I have used cyberlink power director and inshot. Both are available in iOS and Android.

Agreed

I didn’t see this thread, so I started another. I’ll post mine here:

I’m gnna leave this open ended since I’m not sure the question but here goes:
How do you create and apply a watermark?

So I’m looking for ease of use, mobile of course (cuz why not!!), and any other methods surrounding.

I tried the photoshop way, created the temp file and stuff, but applying seemed crazy and I didn’t have the control I would have liked. I think all the files needed to be opened in the app but is that necessary? IDK

I may have a huge release and would like to put a watermark or something.

What do you have to offer?

It’s super easy and quick. It’s basically overlaying your text over the video on a separate track.

I’m trying with OneShot now, what am I missing?

This on your PC/Mac or phone?

I’m on phone only. I do have PC and setup for editing finally, just looking for best way to apply. Both video and pic, mobile would be so much easier

I’ll take a video pointing out multiple options, YouTube or something lol. There are many I’m sure. I mentioned above photoshop (I think) allows an easy method but need to have all the files in a single folder. I don’t like that folder structure though.

I do all mine from my phone. I’ll do a video for you and upload it. So, you can see how I do it.
