I’ve been lurking here for a while now, though I only recently made an account and I was curious about a couple things.
Firstly, how do so many of you get such steady shots for your caps and videos?
Secondly how do you not get CAUGHT??
I would like to start taking some shots myself and answers to these would help me a lot, on top of any other advice anyone has here.
I don’t cap myself, but from the posts I’ve seen I am sure they record a video and follow a subject. Then take take screenshots from that video and post it here. That’s the best way to get caps. Sitting there and trying to get pictures is a lot harder and you will get caught almost immediately. Pressing record and following a subject nonchalantly is “probably” the way to go.

So wrong. Yes vídeo is good because a lot of people ask for it but if you can stand in the same isle or look distracted with something they don’t always expect that your capping them. There’s a lot of ways and you will never gain confidence by not taking the chance of capping sir

Gain confidence and always look distracted or maby wear like ear pieces to act like your taking on the phone and just hold your phone while you cap or just be brave but try not to make eye contact before you go up to them

First, stable videos and such comes with experience I guess. Also just how comfortable you are and your range of motion in the moment… Many people have different methods of getting good shots so eventually you’ll find one that works for you.
I personally think its decently easy to not raise suspicion, first, eye contact is fine, but not more than just a friendly recognition, any more and they would have more of a reason to be suspicious. Second, (probably the most Important), try finding ways of holding your phone/arm/body in a natural way, I sometimes see guys holding their phone in a super weird looking way while clearly capping, which’ll get you caught pretty easily. I recommend just starting out very casually and gaining more confidence (obviously not too much lol), and your caps should start getting better. Good luck fellow creep. :D
