It’ll say crest topic or new topic on the right hand side of your screen. And then just upload pictures and put a title. Then submit it and sometimes it has to get approved or most of the time if you’re new it has to get approved. Videos not sure how but pictures it’s easy. Upload the pictures and just wait till they all finish uploading it’ll show you
