I know the site states that filming up any kind of clothing (dresses, skirts, etc) is forbidden, but why? Is there a law I don’t know of that explicitly makes it illegal? What about filming downblouse? Just curious.

Filming asses/ faces/ frontal shots is not illegal. Once you upskrt it is illegal. Pretty sure it’s just to keep the forum up forever incase some agent does try to take it down

The idea is to keep the forum up as long as additional laws are not created. Though some states have made this law it still contradicts the public space at times.

There are many laws about it peeping tom, invasion of privacy and so on. It’s the same for zooming in on someone in their home bedroom, bathroom, changing room etc. Supposedly if someone is stripping down in a public park or beach type of place that’s a different defense.

Think peeking while loitering refers to while they’re shopping type of scenario.
