I mean the attention would be all on that guy so fewer eyeballs on those cams so OP just took advantage of the opportunity. I would just stay away for a while IN CASE they decide to review all footage for that guy’s charge, whatever it may be.
Even so the arrest will be on file and he’ll be on the cops’ radar in the future so even if he dodges a bullet now repeat offenders never get leniency.
If you hold your phone at a perfect 90 degree angle with a stiff arm, and is following around the girl then yeah she will know what’s up. After that, it’s down to pure luck if she’s willing to report you or not.
use SPC hidden camera app for iphone, keep your camera roll clean so if confronted you can show your photos to “prove” you’re not recording, keep it short then get the hell out of there asap
