A certain 3-letter acronym is preventing some posts

The past couple of times posting, I’ve had a flag pop up saying I’m using a certain acronym that begins with B and ends with C. However, it’s only because it appeared in the upload code. Is there a way around that?

The pic below shows it in the “jpeg” part. But yesterday it was in the first part of that code.

maybe try renaming the jpg?

That’s the crazy thing. None of that is the actual file name. At least not with iPhone pics. I just did a test with a screenshot. And the standard IMG_### will appear in that first part. But the long filename of a regular pic taken gets turned into the first part you see.

Edit: the long name gets applied when I temporarily move them to a my vault app. Can’t change that name though.

Screenshot it maybe? It should appear as a diff name

That may be my only option. Not a big deal or anything though. Just more of a unique observation.

At least the pics I didn’t show weren’t like the BEST of the set.

Would removing the picture’s EXIF data solve this? There are tools out there that can remove this so any extra metadata in the picture is stripped (which is good for privacy anyway)

I’ve gotten error messages like that quite a bit. I don’t think I have any control over what the file name is.

This has happened to me. What I do is just take another screen shot of the pic and then post the screenshot. Doesn’t have B*C in it
