Any video editors that don't lose quality when exporting

I use Youcut and it sucks to have a nice video where the quality is getting chewed up by the export.

Power Director or InShot. You can set Bitrate and they don’t reduce the quality by themselves (Android)

I’m using inshot. I figured out a way to keep my video under 100mb, but exporting it in 4k. Good stuff.

I used to have YouCut as my only video editor for candids and as you said it wastes quality while exporting , but now I’m using ClipChamp editor on my PC and it’s really good at editing plus it keeps the good quality.
