Just so I can make sure I am using the accepted links allowed on this forum. I got suspended twice for using links not accepted here so asking for help.

For the record, You got warned, not suspended or banned…you got these warnings because you were uploading images to other sites and then linking them here. We don’t allow that. Upload all images directly to this forum.

what about videos?
i used gofile before and the links tend to expire, also when i try to reup the video in the thread, it gives me error messages

You can link to outside video hosts like, Mega, so long as your post includes some screen shot previews so people can see what they are would be getting.
Video links without previews will be removed or rejected.

FileLU, Bunkr, or CyberFile are decent options for sharing links publicly. CyberFile and Bunkr are made by the same teams and are ‘takedown resistant’ for what it’s worth. Never had a problem with links expiring on those 3.
