I film in 5k, then trim and footage in Adobe premiere, slow it to 50% and export in 1080p30fps, then upscale to 4k60fps using Topaz.
You can get Topaz and adobe premiere off of filecr dot Com.
Then I use ezgifs to convert 2sec clips into gifs under 10mb.
