Do you guys have any homemade or retail purchased items that conceal your camera? Whether it’s a camera watch, bag, glasses, anything of the sort? What kind of tools or coverups do you use to capture without being noticed? If you feel comfortable, I would like to see some examples below. Thank you guys.

Sorry, that’s a typo. But I usually just hold my iPhone to my side but a ton of girls are already weirded out as most keep their phone in their pocket. I have the 13 so the camera lenses are huge. I just record in slo-mo, darken the screen and pull the control panel down and it conceals the screen so no one knows, but I’d like to make a better concealment so I can get up close without them noticing a phone camera pointed at them in my hand you know?

I’ve use these techniques as well., I’m looking more for a way to completely get rid of the phone being in their view

Not sure if you’re an older gentleman or not, usually those are less suspicious especially if you’re good at acting like a normal person walking through with no weird arm or hand movements. I am a y0unger and attractive guy, so girls honestly look at me already, but then them seeing a three lense 2“ x 2“ camera pointed at them. Kind of makes them feel a little weird I guess. I’m really good at reading people, I love reading body language and a psychology of all of it, but I know I can get more genuine reactions or positions if they didn’t notice the big camera in my hand, with the unnatural wrist turns and what not to get the angles

I don’t know man. I always thought that older guys would look especially suspicious around yo-ung women, rather than yo-ung fellas would. 
Anyway, what I use a lot, is a man bag to put my phone in so the camera will just stick out enoungh to record stuff in front of me. I consider it my own personal body cam. When the subject is calm and I get the feeling I’m in the clear, I take the phone back out to record other angles, especially the ass. After I while I put it back. It helps me look totally normal while handling my phone as any person would.
But here’s another thought, if your phone cam size is the problem, why not get a second phone (Androids are really inexpensive) just for shooting? Pretty much any modern phone camera will do if you have the chance to get up close to the girl. Gets me a good boner too btw. 
That way you can spare yourself the embarrassment of pointing such a huge triple lens at your subjects. Just a thought.

I don’t know if this will work, but you could try shooting with the front facing camera; that way, they just see a screen and nothing else. Also, to make it more discreet, look up background video recording for iPhone on YouTube, there should be a walkthrough on how to essentially make your screen black but still record and get good stuff. Hope this helps.

Girls being weirded out has more to do with your confidence around them than it does holding a phone in your hand. Aside from a few glares from jumping the gun, if you follow what he says and look like you’re doing something else, no one should be wise to you. It’s only when you start getting in your own head about it, your body language follows, and so do their eyes.
Free hand with a phone is one of the best ways to go. I have nothing against contraptions, but the freedom of moving the camera any way you want at a moments notice, and the control/ubiquity of it, makes it far easier than any other method that I know of.
That, and looking presentable. Nothing draws attention more than looking like the suspicious creep-y guy. And that’s how many of you come off when you either get too excited, or you’re a novice and your body language is giving you away. Casual. Smooth. You’re there to do X, Y, Z. Stop looking in their direction, or being fidgety.

My subjects typically don’t know I’m recording, but I really watch out for people around them. Because if I’m walking by someone and I twist my wrist 90° as I’m passing them to try to capture their angles from right cheek around to the left, people usually notice that wrist movement and can kind of tell what’s going on.
And all the jobs I’ve worked in, the main phrase has always been cover your ass. We are never wrong, or in the wrong. So everything I do, I have to know that the risk of getting caught is less than 1%. So I’m always trying to find ways to minimize this. I’m very smooth with the confidence, my body language, I love psychology, and so with my self and the subject in the surrounding people, I’m pretty convincing, I just like a guarantees, and the less conspicuous the better as I have a lot to lose in case something were to ever go south.

I agree with this a lot. This is my weakness haha … i’m an anxious person and have a tendency to make awkward hasty movements. I also get horny and can’t help but check her out with my eyes.
Sometimes you have to make a decision … risk her walking out the store prematurely but putting yourself in a weird position/weird area to get what you need … or wait to see where she goes. A good tech is to try and predict where she will go and let her come to you. Personally , i only go for that tech after i got some good pictures from first encounter. First encounter im usually kind of aggressive because it’s the follow afterwards where things can start to get weird. I hate going for 2nd or third encounter or more… but sometimes i do. I’ve had girls walk out the store so many times after first encounter or even before i go for first encounter i get paranoid about it. It’s a good idea to let things breathe and give her some space after first encounter. But i think in order to get epic sets you gotta be weird and just not give a f. And if you have that smooth body language … you can very well get away with weird positions. A guy named Slap a Ham or Moses was very good at that. The guy who doesn’t care about getting busted is the guy who gets the best footage much of the time, Joker was a good example of that, it’s just a fact. I can’t afford to get busted anymore, i already have bad reputation in some of the best stores (i burned Winners :( … and certain girl groups… ugh i kind play the game like a pus pus hahaha … please people … be smart! Unless ur in a big city… meh … who really cares then go ahead and get busted all you want. But be careful about malls with security guards or girls taking ur picture and posting it online. That would suck!

this is how i shoot. When i used rear camera i probably got busted 10 times out of 200 girls or so. With front camera im on about 150 girls with zero busts lol… i’ve def weirded some girls out with following lol … but they never suspected im filming yet. I often check my phone and pretend im texting when they look over at me… and then i just put the phone back on them. Im a picture guy so i dont care that the camera goes on me.

Its better to have a normal screen for safety. You can play into it more. I use android tho. Theres an annoying little green icon that shows up in the top right that says youre filming… and i cant get rid of it. However my old phone didnt have that. I could keep screen lit directing towards them and they have no clue. A black screen… someone a little tech savvy might figure something there.
Biggest negative with this method is the rear camera looks better lol

That sounds all so familiar. I often act the same way in large stores, with the first encounter and follow-ups, and it works like 7 out of 10 times. I also go all-in mostly at 1st and then again sometimes at the end around checkout. That means I’m basically off the hook in bet-ween and I give the girl some time to herself so she doesn’t feel stalked. It’s weird but sometimes it even feels like they’re happy to see me again at the register.
