Can't sign on from my IP address, must use ultra slow VPN

When I try to sign in, the system won’t let me. Instead it says Can’t sign in from your IP address. I need to turn on VPN which is ultra slow.

Please advise how you can list Xfinity (Comcast) as an allowed ISP into your service? Maybe I’ll pay then.

Try refreshing. It happens a lot. Reset the router too

Tried rebooting router, refreshing. Its almost like Xfinity is black listed from this site.
