So far I’ve gotten over 600 caps and I now feel like it’s been consuming too much of my sexual energy. Imagine if we put this time and effort into getting these girls in real life. I’ve seen so many hot women while out capping

I don’t know what conflict you have. I do both. I even have several from my girlfriend too. It’s much easier to do this when you’re with a woman by your side, because the others let their guard down. The important thing is to have balance.

yeah i have a girl, getting married soon & i be capping & deleting some so i can make room for others. especially my girls friends & sis enlaw. its inevitable as a man to cap so just do a lik as you can stand so you’re not hungry for it. be honest with yourself
OP, if anything, capping has tremendously improved my cold approach and confidence in the dating game.
I often converse with subjects I cap (both hot and mid) and found that it has helped my social game alot. Im no longer phased by rejections and simply hop from one hoe to the next.
I don’t know how to explain it but capping somehow makes the female body much more accessible, if that makes sense.
