Because men are perverts lol. Us men do it because it turns us on. And most women, in my experience, get horny by feeling desired. Women enjoy and want attention. Women taking creepshots just doesn’t seem like the kind of thing to get them going. Like I’m sure there are a rare breed of women that enjoy creeping, but i think there are a lot more women that rather be the subject and get recorded, rather than being the one doing the recording.
Also most women frown on this sort of thing generally. so It seems unlikely they would be going out creeping. Just my thought

Because men are sight oriented , which means they could get turned on with only seeing something they find attractive and tempting , just like a random hot cute girl with a fine ass walking around. Women aren’t as much sight oriented as men are .

As stated, males are more the active gazer. Women, if talking about looks, keep to themselves about it.
Most men also don’t offer nothing to look at. Most dudes cover up and/or have shit bodies, leaving less places and skin for women to oogle at.
I’ve seen one candid site with males, forgot the address, so they exist somewhere. There’s also better social leeway for their smartphones pointing out of their clothes.

I have had three women in my life take candid photos of me. The last one fucked up and didn’t turn the flash off which alerted me to it. I had a couple of beers in me and exclaimed to my brother “Did you see that? She took my picture. What the hell?” She heard and gave me a dismissive look and a few glances and went about her business. Prior to that I saw a woman “texting” and holding her phone up in my direction while in a car at a gas station. It was so odd because it’s not like I’m a stud just an average looking dude.
Of course females have a sex drive, but claiming the levels of horniness is the same as men is way off the mark. Females are naturally much more selective with their sexual partners.

Anyways, I can get pretty horny but sometimes it does depend and I’m sure for most normal women it probably depends for them too. (I say normal because most women are straight only and not also into women ect.)
I genuinely don’t have any IRL friends these days outside of work, and my last friend group was in the timeframe where I learned every day before I was 18, if that makes sense, so I can’t really speak on how they feel much at my current much older age.
