Why aren’t glasses with a camera popular?

Hard to capture ass, very obvious lens, bad frame rates

From a quick market research, they are bulky, very obviously a camera, with crap resolution and no stabilization

They were nausea inducing and not exactly good either for photos. Rayban and snapchat got some glasses with cameras, but they are beyond conspicuous and you get to pay for the brand name.
Is there a belt buckle camera?? That would be the best for angles.
Probably could get a generic spycam from ebay attached to your buckle or button hole etc, but good luck getting a decent image while on the move.
