I had to laugh at your Target comment. Target in my county attracts lower socio’s or the unemployed, skin scratching till next ‘payday’. Or, like your Walmart. Much more likely to meet people wearing stained pyjamas than anything ‘fitted’ or even fitting suitable for being around others.
