What are the best ways to hold your phone while you’re recording a girl. I hold mine to my side with the screen facing my thigh and I just keep it there while walking by or something.

It’s obvious if you act obvious and push it too much. The phone to the side has worked best for me. Just try and be confident and look like you are doing something else (shopping in a store;etc). Trust your gut, if you feel too many eyes or like it’s super obvious then don’t push it. It’s all about what work for you though, I’ve used a notebook to hide my phone and it worked really well. All about trial and error

I hold my phone upside down to my side and pretend to read a product.
Phone on lowest brightness and dim screen setting.
Then I go back and flip the video in editing. Works out perfect for me and never been called out. Although I do believe a few knew what i was doing, but rarely.
