it looks like the aspect ratio is fuked. Try to set a different aspect ratio in the settings of your video player. In VLC you can choose aspect ratio.

Sorry not helpful, my bad but you probably wanna get that video in some editing software and mess around with the aspect ratio and orientation and you should get it all fixed.

I was gonna suggest VLC (if android) and playing with aspect. Works in the pc/mac version too.
