Just want your thoughts

Should captured from places like Hooters count? I honestly think that they shouldn’t since they are fully aware that there are people there that will take pictures and/or videos of them.

Just want your thoughts on this.

If you’re taking the time and whatever level of risk to take pics in places such as Hooters, I think they should count. Ultimately it up to the mid here…

Count as what? Candids are candids my friend. A candid shot can be anywhere at anytime. Once the subject notices you is it then turn not candid? No. A posed shot is considered non candid. Not sure what the question is.

Well, in my understanding, candid is when you take a photo and/or video of someone that doesn’t know that they are being recorded or photographed, mostly in a public setting. That’s all based in my understanding, there’s a chance that I am incorrect, and if I am, please do correct me.

My intention isn’t to ban hooter content, I enjoy it. I’m just confused on how that could count as candid. That’s all.

I think you are splitting hairs here. It’s not confusing to me but what do I know.

That’s why I’m asking for clarification. My intention is not to ban hooter content, at all. I love that content, I’m just asking for the clarification. If I’m wrong, I’ll admit it.

I can see the confusion. Not that long ago, it was mentioned that pics/vids taken in private places would not be allowed. This was due to pictures being taken at a pool and considered a private area. When taking that interpretation, hooters would be a private place along with multiple other locations.

Long story short, I’m not sure what is or isn’t allowed at private locations. Sorry i am of no help and probably stirred the pot a bit more per say.
