The guy she was talking to noticed and snitched by whispering to her in spanish. Idk how he knew but seconds later she covers her ass with her shirt. I was able to get some more footage inside a store where she put her shirt back up. I noticed her leggings don’t have a scrunch but it still looks like she has a wedgie. Maybe it has a invisible scrunch?

Well if you don’t want to be admired, stared, oogled for any reason don’t wear tight clothes in public. It’s ridiculous people get upset when you stare at what they wear in public. Like they didn’t know someone would.
