Learned my lesson the hard way

Last night I made the mistake of not checking SPC. I was recording with the front camera the entire time, missed some great captures. Then tonight in the gym I decided to put the extra wide angel option on in SPC and all my videos aren’t nearly as good quality as normal. Have some amazing captures of amazing asses in the gym and they’re almost unusable because of the quality :frowning: I’m going to try and salvage what I can. Just thought I’d share those mishaps so someone else doesn’t make them lol.

TLDR: Make sure your camera is recording the right way, and don’t change settings on the fly or you’ll miss opportunites.

I feel you man same thing happened to me. Check out my recent post, if I had never checked my camera I wouldn’t have gotten any shots.

Same here but I didn’t hit record and I was bummed I missed such a good opportunity

ive done this so many times.
Also, when at the beach, I put it in my top shirt pocket and face the camera out.
but the damn water on my hair and shirt hit the phone buttons and turn it off.
or the shirt wet through hits the screen and turns spc off.
i started using button lock, but that’s a pain in the ass.
wish there were a better app for phones, but the don’t allow non-active-app filming.

The little book I use up against the screen has a little elastic around it that acts like a standoff to prevent camera switching views. It can still happen. Only with the best ones (!)
