My technique; what works for you

Idk what it’s called but tapping my side button turns the screen black, and when I want a close up I use the front cam, raises very little suspicion, but if it’s see through, always the back cam on same blackout mode, just an a little more careful, even though the screen is blacked out. It’s not just getting the good shot, sometimes it’s more making them feel comfortable, by striking up a conversation. You would be surprised how close you can get doing that, and if you’re at ease, they will most likely be also. But it’s all case by case bro, gotta know what you’re looking at, and gauge their demeanor
Like with her, I saw what she was looking at, saw staff was taking a while to help her, but she knew what she wanted. I looked confused like I want sure what I was buying, and asked her for some advice on new cord for a friend, being as clueless as possible to prolong the conversation so my cam could work.
I saw her later in Walmart, and she actually approached me to see of I found what I needed, no of course was the answer, and she helped e again.
I see it like a game, play to win, play the long game, if you’re ever recognized, you don’t want it to be for creep with a cam

I saw this on an older post on here, but I am an iPhone shooter. Sadly there are no good apps (that I know of) that you can make your screen black and use the camera, so instead I go into settings, accessibility, display text and size, and then black point.
I turn that on and to 100% and your phone screen isn’t visible, I also have a shortcut set to when I tap my power off button twice it turns this feature and off!
As for angles honestly I nearly always walk with my phone in my hand by my side so that normally works, however scratching the elbow is for sure another good one

What do you mean by this?

That’s a brilliant technique… I think it’s easy to freak girls out when you just suddenly appear really close to them. They definitely have a really strong sense of when somebody is being weird around them, and I think the really hot ones have an extra dollop of that sense :joy:

My technique is pretty effective for the less sociable: stick your phone in your back pocket and just let it run  The main downside is that you do have to practice your aim a little bit or you might actually miss the cap. The pants you’re wearing matter because different back pockets are spaced differently so the angle won’t be the same every time. I’m still honing this technique :ok_hand:

The main downside with mine is that you can’t really cap while following.

  1. Holding phone like normal, but using the XC Camera Record Privately app. You can hold something else in your hand with it and just walk around, twist your wrist, bend down, turn it, etc. 2. A pin hole Go Pro inside a water bottle or other object. They are expensive though. 3. The water bottle that have nets can hold your phone.

Yes voice over is really good
