I was wondering if anyone could, or at least knows how to, make these look any better, mainly the quality, and especially make her ass more clear/prominent.

Appreciate it, take all the time you need
First thing I did was crop the photo.
Second photo I tweaked it a little bit.
Third photo is more editing.
Fourth photo reduced noise and speckle.
Here I applied a layer mask selecting only the black leggings.
Then tweaked the shadows in that area only. Now here is the problem.
The subject is so far away it only fills a quarter of the original photo.
Leaving us with very few pixels to edit. It’s usable for this forum tho.
Now if we tweak it more you will see the
grain and pixels and distortions.
Still usable and now seeing the curves of the butt.
That’s about as far as you can take it
without making it a muddy blob.
Honestly, the second pic is what I would post.
