To everyone saying it’s not illegal to cap in public you can’t make such a sweeping assumption. I mean technically you can make an argument in most cases but the thing about that is you don’t want to actually have to make that argument in court. It’s definitely a risk regardless and it only takes one mistake to ruin your life just like using the pull out method. Think with the right head when you’re capping!

This is why you got to have risk assessment and not just shooting like rambo even if you have a setup. It’s only takes one person whose vigilant enough to call the police or security and now they can build a case on you and its not like they’re going to tell you. Especially if you’re capping in the same area too.
