He’s being charged with trespassing. He was kicked out of a Six Flags(?) and then came back. It’s a private water park so they can kick you out and it’s illegal to return.

Jesus Christ… It’s idiots like this why we wont be able to cap at all soon. That set up looked WAY too obvious its no wonder he got caught. And he returned in different clothes?! Thats just asking for trouble. They mentioned he recorded under clothing, Now i dont fully know US law but pretty sure thats illegal everywhere. From the looks of things he will have some charges stick especially recording under clothing and trespassing at the very least. i hope its not a well known pro capper but i would like to know if it is. Not good news indeed…

Very well could Be…. This guy had over 60,000 pics and over 30,000 videos. Definitely has lots of experience and having a setup like that, he just got careless I’d imagine over time and let his guard down. 7 count felony indictment for having evidence of minors. Posted a $20,000 bond, but this definitely heightens the cap game as this is going national. Be safe, be vigilant out here.

This is just not something you should be doing in public. Like if you’re gonna do stuff like this you’d be better off trying to befriend women and get caps that way than going out of your way to do stuff like this
Literally waaay easier to talk to women, you don’t need a catch line, you need instinct to just talk, then it comes easy, and so does capping. How do you not have the guts to do something so simple, yet have the guts to do something so stupid?

This sc*mbag has a number of charges against him, including filming minors.
Aside from this guy’s case, everyone here should be aware that there are state and local laws governing “voyeurism”, and not every state and local jurisdiction defines that term equally. Some have stricter laws than others, and it’s classed differently in every one. I’ve read some comments here that capping is not illegal. Best to check on the laws where it’s being done, because in some places, it absolutely IS illegal.
That won’t always protect you. Some jurisdictions have laws against voyeurism that include public places.
