Well first tell us what you would like your new name to be. My new name will be Frankenstein. As far as your mail problem goes, that will be an issue best handled through your local postal office or with your local letter carrier.

How can contact the Admin?
You can change your E-Mail Adress if you click on the button far right, the colourized one with your Initial Letter.
Then a menu will appear, here you can see some symbols on the right side… click on the last one that looks like a avatar/person.
Now here you have on the right side preferences, and here you can change your mail adress or you can first add the one you want to have and after that you can delete the old one.
For changing name, please contact [email protected] and note which name you want to have, i cannot guarantee it will work, but yes its a try :-)
Me myself i couldn`t find an option to do that in the User Interface.
I hope it works out.

Interesting, i dont have that pencil beside my name oO Good to know its that easy, but wouldnt work in my case now 
Is it because i have my Google Account connected with?
I can t change my name only avatar picture can change it
I will came back with my original shooter Name

Unfortunately, admin not gonna answer. To many people abused the change name and delete account options. Abuse the feature’s and it gets removed for everyone.
And can t change my name to know my posts?
