Does anybody know how to recover permanently deleted photos or videos? I have this app on my computer but it costs money to recover. Is there any way to recover it for free?

If its cleared from recently deleted on iPhone it’s gone for good. The apps are scams. I am not sure about android tho.
I wound say if you have a android , find a 3rd party app on google that usually works
Recuva (free) on pc, can recover on almost anything. You may also use the site alternativeto. (just google it) It will show many other options for your preferences

I’ll second Recuva. Used it countless times, it works great! Just don’t go crazy saving new files on a drive that you intend to recover from or you might overwrite stuff you’re trying to get back
