Maybe it’s your settings, quality could be a lil better. Make sure you DO NOT have High efficiency checked, it lowers quality.

Settings>Camera>Formats
(12 & 13 have some differences but this setting makes a huge difference with stills)

Unless you screenshot a video, those are also lower quality and end up being 100kb or less
