I believe that some on the forum identify with what I’m going to say, something that has caught my attention a little in a negative way is how some users are not able to simply support by liking the posts of those who are so dedicated to making the forum more interesting and busy, support mainly the people who post their own and good content, the hunter takes risks and makes a wonderful capture that could just be kept with him, but he prefers to share it with people he imagines will enjoy it, and he often does a very good title, great photos and edited video, everything in the best possible way, your video has more than 2000 hits and not even 50 likes, this is absurd, I ask that you who managed to read this far think about it, to the producers of content, set certain numbers to be able to share your videos, those who only consume the content start supporting those who post, a strong and healthy community depends a lot on this support.
I’ll emphasize that I’m not better than anyone here, and I don’t want to force rules or anything, just humbly asking you to reflect and support the forum in general, remembering that I’m not even a moderator…
Been that way for some time. I have a few posts with very few likes, some took years to get where they are now. Some with 1-3k clicks on videos though. I’m OK with it as the site knocks down the quality for stuff posted to the site. I do wish the video side allowed for larger video files and knocked down quality. I’ll always have the originals I try to WM everything, I usually just forget. There are plenty here who have had much better luck at hunting and results, that’s for sure. Users should be hitting that like button.
I always receive messages from users asking me to send a certain video, and when I analyze what I reported in this post it gets complicated, about 2 months ago I was even attacked by another user who felt entitled to offend me and tell me to post the video, and this guy’s static was ridiculous, in other words, a moderator appeared and told him to participate more before he felt entitled to charge anything, complicated…
I couldn’t agree more. Literally every picture I share here is a screenshot from the VIDEO I recorded, but I don’t post a video for every post I make because of this exact reason. I’m especially annoyed by users who don’t contribute any original content to the forum and demand I post a video with the pics I shared. Remember, we’re taking risks capping and then coming here to post it FOR FREE. Be grateful, how hard is it and how long does it take to give a simple like?
I understand if you don’t like a certain post, but 95% of the content on here is good stuff.
At this point, if there is no video or mention of one - I reject or delete the post. Especially when there are like 20 in a post it’s aggravating and clogs up the comments.
Also, before rejecting, I’ll go and look at their profile, if all they do is ask for vids - instant reject or delete. I try to be nice cuz sometimes you want to see the vid, right, if there is one. I’ll allow them once in a while, I’ve even asked.
If there is mention of a video in the original post and the link is down, I’ll allow the comment. Even though the page fills with requests, sometimes people re-up the video. It’s a valid comment. Also why I like the video side of the site, the link will always remain at a lower quality
Agreed! I’ll always hit like and post a compliment to the shooter, anytime I download the pics or vid.
Now obviously not every post is one that I like depending on the girls body etc. So it would be nice to see more love on especially the top tier ones.

Even just asking for videos has always bothered me. The guys here are going out of their way and giving their content away for FREE! Be grateful for what they were willing to share and move on. Most shooters do in fact have the video but made a conscious choice not to post it. Personally I never post videos and someone asking isn’t going to sway me. Especially if the person asking has no OC posted.
My issue is the guys that don’t contribute anything at all then get on posts asking for vids. But besides that i always give likes on the ones i think are good. Only takes less than a second to hit that “heart” button
Yeah, I think a large majority of folks here (who actively post OC) agree. This has been discussed many, many times. This is why I kind of stopped posting frequently (let alone providing video links… it’s too much time and energy), and just do it here and there (haven’t stopped shooting, though). I shoot mainly for my own enjoyment and post only if I feel like it.
Other boards out there require you to interact with the post before any links or video links are visible. Maybe it’s a limitation of the forum software (Discourse), I’m not sure, but it would be a great addition to force users to interact with the free content they’re consuming.
But, at the end of the day, the unfortunate truth is that most non-contributing members (who don’t actively post original content), are just here to get their rocks off for the day and then log off. They don’t care about the trials and tribulations that shooters take. It is what it is, I guess.
We are like soldiers going into a battlefield where we don’t know what the outcome will be after capping subject(s). We put our own personal safety on the line, and then when we post them here, it seems like we are not given enough credit, especially those with solid to great caps. I’m sure some of us have content we are safekeeping because of this noticeable trend.
Although, We can’t also obligate random visitors to like everything. It is just us flexing our freedom of choice whether it’s here or out in the world. We tend to be picky about things we see and chat about. We just have to deal with this kind of stuff daily. There’s not a right solution to this.
The more support and engagement, The more encouraged the shooters feel to put posts up.
Today I made a post about the lack of support for posters and I was pleased that some participated in the topic, I will follow this pattern of making videos and passwords available only to users who liked them, and who knows, maybe make other hunters follow this model, I believe that everything which is made available in a very accessible way becomes trivialized content, who knows if this model is adopted by more people, I believe it could perhaps become a culture here in this forum… .
I had sent the message above to Sniper’s private account, but I’m going to repost it here, as it spoke exactly about this situation, remembering that it came from me (the idea for the post) because I value those who take risks and share so many cool things, no one You are obliged to follow this model, but as I see that this is something bad for the community and forum in general, I will follow the (Sniper) model of making videos and passwords available only to those who like them…
Lurker here. I would just like to say recently ive been running out of likes ridiculously fast. While i know thats not the case for everyone, especially if youre getting 2k views, please do understand there are some of us who reach the likes limit that our account has. Ive also mentioned on a few different post how is it possible they have so few likes on them. Generally i only like OC and wont like non oc or reposted content unless its a reup from said poster. Anyways, I’ll continue liking as much contest as catches my eye and as always thanks to all the shooters who post such amazing content! One day I’ll start posting my own stuff when i get so free time to actually edit things. Im running out of space on my laptop lol
And then you have the stubborn guys who won’t like a post simply because it doesn’t have the quality equal to being able to see the peach fuzz on a chipmunk’s nutsack. Why we being picky here? If you can see a VPL or VTL and she has a great ass with cheeks hanging out etc, it’s still a great post IMO.
Again, we are posting our risky work FOR FREE. I’m grateful for everyone on here who posts their OC.
