What do you mean, like screenshots?
Yes, screenshots. Automated preferably. So I can load a video and program will extract image every half second for example

Check out DVDvideosoft’s free video to jpg. It’s automated.

^ DVDvideosoft could do every 10, 30, 50 + frames to every single frame at full size of the video. If you want it spread out and probably 30 fps then do every 10 frames for 3 each second if that’s good enough. Don’t know if loads onto phone though, always used it on PC downloading vids from phone
