I won’t jump to conclusions, I will only say that I noticed for both posts that were reported on here? The subject was wearing a backpack, so I don’t know if users are conflating that with “you know what”, or if it’s coincidence?

Absolutely. Anything can be speculated, and I’m not saying that I, myself, share the same opinion of those that flagged the post, just that those aspects “seemed” like the common denominators from what I’ve observed.
