Clarifying the Rules

I want to clear up some confusion about the rules and enforcement of such, so please see below for our posting rules and some additional notes:

  1. Must be in Public (All content posted here must be taken in public places only, not inside someone’s home, yard, garage, or other private space. This includes places where there is an expectation of privacy such as changing rooms, fitting rooms, or locker rooms)

2. NO filming or photographing co-workers. Please do not post any content taken within an office or workplace environment. This is for your safety as well as the safety of those you work for or with.

  1. Must be over 18. If in doubt, the post will be removed. (If she looks under 18 we will remove the pics. We can not take anyone’s word for it, so please spare us the emails saying “I swear she’s 18, bro”) In addition, we will not allow any class room or schoool settings, or any context that could suggest the subjects are under 18)

  2. No filming under clothes (including skirts). (No up Sk irts, no up shorts) We will remove content if it seems like the intent was to film under a subject’s clothing.

  3. No harassment (Play nice, don’t insult each other)

  4. No identifiable information (social media names etc). (Do not provide any information that could identify a subject or photographer. This includes giving away their locations or social media handles.)

  5. No illegal activity. (No trading content which depicts under 18 content, or any other material which is illegal to share. Do not share content that depicts illegal or illicit activities such as drug use or prostitution.)

  6. No Nudity. (Self explanatory)

  7. You may share content that was created by other people if you title your posts as “NON OC” or “Not Original Content.” Do not claim them as your own work, and do not create false narratives regarding them.

DO NOT share work that is watermarked by another photographer or website.

Low quality posts may be removed or rejected. (We reserve the right to remove low quality, blurry, or pixelated images, or images where the subjects are unclear or are too far away from the camera)

Lastly, here are a few general courtesy items which will be enforced to keep the forum a fun place for everyone.

  • No flooding the forum. Do not flood the forum with posts, 3 posts per day is the maximum.

  • No dick pics or pornography

  • no pics of men, transexuals, or male subjects.

  • No trading content, advertising, or offering to trade content with other users.

  • No one pic posts. At least 3 pictures per post.

- No click bait or misleading titles, please use the correct terminology.

- No rambling titles, please keep it short and descriptive.

A note on photo and video uploads:

All images posted here must be hosted here, directly uploaded to the forum. No outside image hosting sites.

Outside video links are allowed with the following caveats: Please make sure to add a screen shot or preview of what the video is, and make sure the link is to a reputable video hosting site that is not full of spam, pop-ups, or other malware.

I think you mean 3 new topics per day is the maximum, not minimum.

Also, why is it taking me so long to get off of the “need approval” list? If you could explain the trust level process that would be great.

Thanks for the correction. All posts need to be reviewed, no matter what trust level you’re at.

A few additional things to build upon the main rules:

No blurred backgrounds: Mods need context in order to ensure that the pictures posted here meet the rules and guidelines. You may blur out a street name, ID badge, or any children in the backgrounds, but do not blur or remove backgrounds such that context can’t be seen.

No children in the photos, including backgrounds.

No ID badges, license plates, or name tags should be visible.

No ban evasion: No making new accounts to get around bans or suspensions.

See the thread below for more discussions about the legality of candid photography and shooting pics inside retail establishments.

No filming under clothes (including skirts). (No up Sk irts, no up shorts) We will remove content if it seems like the intent was to film under a subject’s clothing.

What are the rules concerning cleavage/downblouse shots?

No intentional angling of the camera to see a view which was not intended for public display. This applies to under skurts, shorts, or even cleavage.

May 12, 2024 Edit: Adding rules to curtail clickbait and misleading titles as a general courtesy to forum users.

There is no set amount of rejected or deleted posts that will get an account suspended; however, a large number of rejected posts will get a warning. Failing to listen to that warning will get you suspended.

We do this to prevent people from wasting everyone’s time by posting blurry, pixelated, or otherwise low quality content.
